Shipping Information

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across most parts of India. Remote areas might take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
Flat rate of ₹99 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking information. You can also view the status of your order in your Account dashboard.

Returns & Refunds

Our 7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your DAYLY Pages. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including sleeves or bands.
Customized or personalized journals are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Log into your account and go to My Orders in your profile.
Find your delivered order and click "Request Return / Exchange".
Select the items you want to return, choose a reason, and submit.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, you'll receive an email with the return shipping address.
Pack and ship the item(s) back to us within 5 days of approval.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Prepaid orders: Refund is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD orders: You will receive a store credit code (valid for 1 year) that can be used on your next purchase.
