Shipping Information

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across most parts of India. Remote areas might take up to 7 business days.

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
Flat rate of ₹49 for orders below ₹999

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking information. You can also view the status of your order in your Account dashboard.

Returns & Refunds

Our 7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your DAYLY Pages. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including sleeves or bands.
Customized or personalized journals are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Log into your account and navigate to Order History.
Select the order and click "Request Return".
Alternatively, email us at hello@daylypages.com with your order number.
We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping address.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
